1. Use of the Service

• You must be at least 13 years old (or have parental permission if required by law).
• The Service is for personal, educational learning only. You may not use it for non-educational purposes (e.g., hosting unrelated files/images via our CDN/features unless directly tied to learning content).
• Prohibited: Uploading/distributing illegal content, abusive behavior, or violating laws.

2. User Content and Sharing

• You own your content (flashcards, lessons, curriculums).
• By sharing via future features (e.g., Kadi Share/public curriculums), you grant us a limited, revocable license to host, display, and moderate it solely to operate the Service.
• We reserve the right to moderate, remove, or restrict any shared content (e.g., inappropriate/off-topic).
• License revokes upon account deletion.

3. Intellectual Property

• The Service (code, design, mascot Kadi) is ours.
• You retain rights to your user-generated content.

4. Service Provided "As-Is"

• The Service is provided "as-is" with no warranties (express or implied).
• We do not guarantee uptime, error-free operation, or specific results.
• No liability for indirect/consequential damages.

5. Termination

• We may suspend/terminate your account for violations.
• You can stop using the Service anytime (delete account for data removal).

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in Florida courts.

7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to you via a prominent popup or banner the next time you log in to the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
